These tasty chocolate bites are the perfect high-protein snack on the go. Not only are they good-for-you snacks that satisfy your appetite between meals, they’re portable too!
Making little protein bites that are healthy and good for you take no time at all. These little chocolate delights help support your daily protein intake along side a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Why don’t you give our recipes a go!
1 cup of crushed pecans
1 cup almond butter
1/4 cup Tempo chocolate
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup Cacao Powder
Place the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until the mixture comes together as a dough consistency. If it’s slightly dry you can add some water.
Roll into little round bites. Coat the bites with some cacao powder if you wish.
Refrigerate for an hour before eating! The bites can be stored in a glass container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
